◆ 主要研究内容

本课题组主要围绕植物多倍体进化与生物育种开展研究，具体研究方向为1）植物染色体动粒组装机制解析和人工诱导单倍体；2）植物系统发育和多倍体二倍化进程中基因组适应性；3）基因组组装和重复序列分析软件开发。
