主要研究内容

主要从事植物分子生物学和表观遗传学的教学与研究工作近年来, 主要以玉米等重要粮食作物为材料利用全基因组测序数据分析, 鉴定玉米表观遗传和转录调控相关的重要基因家族通过高通量测序技术获得的转录组和表观组测序数据分析,筛选玉米生长发育以及逆境胁迫下表观遗传和转录调控的关键因子并进行分子功能鉴定探讨其在玉米生长发育以及逆境胁迫响应的表观遗传和转录调控分子机制及其抗逆性机理为玉米等重要粮食作物的表观遗传改良与分子设计育种提供新的方法与途径
